Friday evening prayer services at Kamatz now begin at 6:00 PM during the summer until daylight savings ends in late September. Shabbat morning services are held at 9:00 AM.
Kamatz [קמץ] is a congregation of the Israel Movement for Progressive Judaism. Unlike orthodox congregations in Israel, Kamatz does not receive government funding. Membership fees are an important element of the Congregation’s income.

Being a member of the community entitles you to a reduction in registration fees for activities and classes, the right to vote for the board and/or be elected to the board, priority in registering for our nursery and kindergarten programs, and to becoming a recipient of all of our publications.
